Well Vintage Green Energy Pte Ltd. is a joint venture between Well Vintage Enterprises Pte Ltd. and Star Ascent Energy Pte Ltd. who together have joint assets of 124,000 hectares of forestation land from which agricultural products will be produced for exportation. Well Vintage is arranging corporate structuring, financial structuring and capital raising over these assets with all future cargos and plantation rights presold to Indian buyers.
Star Ascent Energy Pte Ltd. is the sole owner of VR Commodities Ltd. an Indian company which is in the business of mining, marketing and selling coal in India, Indonesia and other countries, as well the sole owner of Gayatri Tissue & Pup, a subsidiary of VRC.
