He has managed and developed Well Vintage with various accelerated growth programs for clients across multiple transactions, which in combination with strong demand for our service offering, has made Well Vintage a player in the non-bank finance industry. Akiva’s expertise and knowledge of Southeast Asia and inparticular Indonesia is vast in scope and breadth across many sector and industries including the Government sector. Gabriel has over 25 years experience in the banking industry, and brings senior executive and consultant experience with expertise in private banking, investment advisory, treasury services, operations, finance, fundraising and technology. He has led engagements for community, national and international banks in strategy, pre and post – merger integration, business and operational process redesign, revenue enhancement and challenged projects. Gabriel holds a BA and MBA in Economics and completed coursework in managing IT resources. He has served as Vice President of Credit Suisse Private Banking, CEO of Banquecorp Limited, and Director of Well Vintage for the Middle East and North Africa developing economic and financial strategies. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to deliver tailored local service on a global scale and today provides a full range across the financial services ecosystem.

Founder and President Commissioner of PT AMP, Chairman of PT Permata Prima Sakti Tbk, a public company with two producing coal mines, Syafrudin has years of experience in the coal business and mining infrastructure. He is also involved in the production and trading of palm oil, sugar and rice, as well as oil and gas.

Romy has worked in Equity and Capital Markets for over 5 years, in compliance and operational roles within ASX listed companies, most recently as Company Secretary and Administrative Officer for Nova Minerals Limited. Romy graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy / International Relations) and is fluent in French. Romy joins Well Vintage as a Project Manager, overseeing and facilitating cross-border transactions.

He is an experienced business development professional with a Postgraduate Master’s Degree in International Business/Trade/ Commerce from Macquarie University, Sydney.

With over 25 years in coal geology, Yoga is specialized in coal exploration management, resource evaluation, JORC reporting, and technical auditing. He managed exploration and resource evaluation globally, notably in Australia, China, Indonesia, and Mongolia, holding senior positions at PT. Berau Coal and contributing to significant resource growth at CALEDON RESOURCES PLC. As the Indonesian Chief Geologist at COKAL LTD, he spearheaded successful drilling programs.

Prior to his role as Director of PT AMP, Darwin was President Director of PT Bahana Securities, the Indonesian State-Owned Investment Bank.

Director of PT AMP, Taufik formerly served as a regional director for the Blackstone Group, specifically in M&A, Oil and Gas, Mining, LBOs and Restructuring. He is also currently the president of PT Sawah Besar Farma, a pharmaceutical distribution company, with channels throughout Indonesia.

Salman, a seasoned banker, boasts 25+ years in finance, starting at Citibank and moving to Credit Suisse and UBS AG. He’s facilitated numerous debt and equity deals and mergers in Indonesia. In 2017, he co-founded Investree, a pioneering lending platform, leading to over 8,000 MSME loans. Joining Bumi Batu Baja group in October 2023, he now contributes his expertise to the local energy and mining sector.
